I Heinrich Albert was born on the 06th of April, 1951 in Ebelsbach. I already had as a five-year-old the wish, to be a farmer, boxer, baker, certainly also, because my grandfather a baker's pursued and my father farmer was. Thus I learnt from 1965 to 68 the occupation of the baker in Bamberg, worked in Berlin, Forchheim and Ebern and made in 1974 the master baker's check in Munich.

I was during the years afterwards in a bakery in Egloffstein, as a technical adviser the company EZB Bavarian in Trosdorf and as a baker's skilled worker for a big mill on the way, before I the parental one Business house in 1979 took over. Our three daughters, Carmen with family count to our family, Monika with family and Katharina with family.
